We offer free returns on all Australian orders.

You can return an order within 30 days of fulfilment for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition you received it, with original packaging.

You will be refunded after we receive/ Inspect the original product.  

“Sale” Items are non returnable & non-exchangeable

We offer free exchanges on all Australian orders.

You can exchange an order for new product within 45 days of fulfilment or receive store credit to the same value. The product must be in the same condition as you received it.

Order by 12pm AEST for same day shipping Mon-Fri.

If we launch a new line or special collaboration - It can take a few days due to large influx of orders.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to hit the road.

Express shipping is available and your order will be moved to front of shipping lines if purchased.

Orders placed Friday after 12pm, Saturday & Sundays will be shipped on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, orders will ship the next business day.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be registered with the shipping service. 

Please allow 5 business days after "marked as delivered" for your package to turn up. If it does not after 5 business days from the time it is marked as delivered - please contact australia@duvindesign.com and we will provide assistance. 

Stuck In Transit... Please allow 14 business days since your order was placed for your package to be delivered. After 14 business days - please contact australia@duvindesign.com and we will provide assistance.
